Samsung Galaxy S23 sports a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. The front of the handset includes a water-drop notch which houses the selfie camera. The display panel with a large 19:9 aspect ratio has 422 PPI pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. In terms of security, the device has features like in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock support. The power and volume keys are located on the right side of the device.
On the software front, the Galaxy S23 runs Android 13 out-of-the-box with Samsung's One UI 5.0 skin on top.

The Galaxy S23 is powered by the octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC chipset. The SoC is paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. As mentioned above, the smartphone also has a microSD card support that allows for additional storage expansion of up to 1TB.
For optics purpose, the Galaxy S23 is equipped with a triple-camera setup that includes a 108MP primary sensor, a 10MP telephoto sensor, and a 12MP wide-angle camera. Selfies and video calls can be done with the help of a 40MP sensor, which is located below the water-drop-shaped notch.

Is Samsung Galaxy S23 waterproof?
Technically, no, the Galaxy S23 is not waterproof. But even then, there isn't really a smartphone outside the ruggedized market. Instead, the Galaxy S23 and many of today's flagships are water resistant.
This difference is important, as it means they can hold their own against water, but damage can still happen — especially if you're constantly submerging your phone.
The Galaxy S23 series might not be completely waterproof, but it has an IP68 certification, which means it can survive being submerged in a depth of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes.
Make sure it is clean water, not salt water, soda or other liquids.
